HARTFORD, S.D. (KELO) –One man is dead and another man injured in a motorcycle/truck crash on I-90 near Hartford Friday night, according to the SD Department of Public Safety.
At 5:52 p.m., a 67-year-old driver of a Harley Davidson Heritage was traveling eastbound on I-90 in a split-lane construction zone. A 61-year-old was driving a Ford F350 westbound when the driver of the motorcycle lost control and crossed the center line colliding with the truck head-on.
The driver of the motorcycle was killed. It is unknown whether he was wearing a helmet.
The driver of the Ford F350 received minor injuries. He was not wearing a seatbelt.

I-90 was closed for about two hours from the Exit 390 near Hartford to Exit 374 near Montrose, according to the South Dakota Highway Patrol.
The names of those involved have not been released pending notification of family members.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
