BLACK HILLS, S.D. (KELO) — KELOLAND’s chief photographer Kevin Kjergaard was featured on CBS Sunday Morning for his gorgeous wildlife photography of wild mustangs in the Black Hills wild horse sanctuary.

SFSD free summer food program begins May 28

The Wild Horse Sanctuary is a non-profit organization that provides and maintains a permanent private home for America’s unwanted wild horses. Their goal of saving the American Wild Mustang also includes the preservation of endangered wild horse bloodlines of the resident mustang bands. This includes the Spanish, Choctaw Indian, Curly and American Mustangs.

Kjergaard has been featured on CBS Sunday Morning numerous times. Today marks the 24th time he has been featured. Take a look at his most recent addition to their Sunday Morning show.
